Innovation Park, Al-Khodh

The SITE comes under Business gate land use and is surrounded by different type of land uses. The site being close to the Knowledge & Innovation District, Al Rusail Industrial Estate and Burj Al Sahwa TOD makes it a prime spot for a vibrant innovation ecosystem. Given its proximity to these areas it will establish knowledge clusters and enhance the innovation park's attractiveness for research development. 

The new proposal provides better green distribution and clear-cut vehicular and pedestrian/ Cycle route separation. A clear-cut grid-iron with peripheral loop roads connects with External Roads. Green Ribbons run alternately with the vehicular roads which can cater to not only a major pedestrian and cycle movements, but also to the main utility ducts underground.
