The scheme includes urban design, architectural conservation and landscape proposal for 4.7 ha. campus of Minto Hall (Old Vidhan Sabha Bhawan) as a Convention Centre, a media centre, a 5-star facility hotel, Park, cultural and commercial facilities along the water edge of the Lower Lake in Bhopal. An important part of the proposal contains the renovation and adaptive reuse of the Minto Hall, a colonial heritage building.
